Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide! Our primary markets include the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our UK-based warehouse.

UK: 2-4 business days (Standard) | 1-2 business days (Express)
EU: 5-7 business days
USA & Canada: 7-10 business days
Australia & NZ: 10-14 business days

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over £100. For orders under £100, a flat rate of £4.95 applies for UK delivery. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

For UK and EU customers, all taxes are included. For customers outside the EU (USA, Canada, Australia, NZ), you may be responsible for local import duties and taxes upon delivery.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real-time. You can also track your order anytime in your account.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, return any unworn item in original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Contact our team at support@stravag.com with your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return label (UK orders) and guide you through the process.

Yes! We offer free returns for all UK customers. For international returns, a small shipping fee may apply.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to reflect the credit.
